Erceg Management currently owns and manages 8 shopping centres across WA, with a combined total of over 65,000m2 of gross lettable area.
All of our neighbourhood shopping centres are strategically located to provide the maximum exposure for our tenants, while ensuring that each shopping centre offers convenience and essential shopping experiences for our customers.
We place a high value on the presentation and customer experience at all our properties, as we aim to provide a facility that the local community can be proud of. This is why our experienced in-house team of professionals are responsible for all the management, leasing and operational requirements of every shopping centre, to ensure consistency across the portfolio.

2nd Avenue

Nestled on the corner of Beaufort St in Mt Lawley is 2nd Avenue Plaza.
More than your local corner store, 2nd Avenue is home to a 24-hour Good Grocer IGA, as well as a range of boutique specialty stores and services.
Alexander Heights

At Alexander Heights, you’ll find all the essentials, with Woolworths, Coles, and Red Dot Home. Plus over 30 specialty stores including Australia Post, Terry White Chemmart and The House Caffe.
Cale House

Located in the heart of Midland’s vibrant Town Centre, Cale
House is home to a variety of delicious dining options and personal care services, as well as commercial office space.
Dunsborough Marketplace

Dunsborough Marketplace is the new local for fresh food, essential luxuries, and a place to unwind. There’s so much to discover, with a brand new Woolworths, and a selection of boutique specialty stores.
Lakes Shopping Centre

At Lakes Shopping Centre, you’ll find all the essentials, with ALDI and Coles. Plus a range of specialty stores including Australia Post, Optimal Pharmacy Plus and Caffissimo.
Origins Market

Located within Power Centre Busselton, Origins Market is a vibrant community hub showcasing emerging WA creatives, makers and growers in an ever-evolving food, shopping and entertainment experience for the whole family.
Parks Centre

Here, you’ll find all the essentials, with Coles, Kmart and Wizard Pharmacy. Plus, over 20 specialty stores including Parks Centre Family Practice, The Goose & Goat Craft Butcher, Kaisercraft, and Parks Tavern.
Power Centre

Located in the heart of Busselton, Power Centre offers a fresh approach to shopping. The Centre is home to ALDI and Kmart as well as a range of specialty stores. Plus, new large format retail opportunities coming soon.
Springs Shopping Centre

At Springs Shopping Centre, you’ll find all the essentials, with Woolworths and Terry White Chemmart. Plus a range of dining options and wellbeing services, including Beechboro Family Practice, Caffissimo, and Springs Tavern.
Two Rocks Village

Two Rocks Village is coming soon to the heart of Two Rocks, featuring a brand new Woolworths Supermarket and BWS. The new centre will commence construction in early 2025, with completion expected in early 2026.
